NFPA 110-2025 Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems 7.7: 7.7 Heating, cooling and ventilating

At rated load, ventilation must keep the EPS room within the maker's maximum ambient, counting all heat from the engine and exhaust; combustion air is supplied; for Level 1, supply and discharge air come from and go to outdoors by exterior openings or 2-hour rated transfer systems with no fire dampers or self-closing devices in those openings; radiator air discharge is ducted outdoors within the allowed static restriction; motor-operated dampers spring open; Level 1 rooms stay at 4.5 C (40 F) or above; and design allows for heat, cold, dust, humidity, snow, louvers and wind.

What else in your programme already covers this

This control maps to 3 controls across 3 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.

  • 7.3 7.3 Heating, cooling, ventilating and humidity control
  • 8.37-8.46 Switchroom environment, lighting and minimum equipment and notices

Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
