Chapter 7: Installation and environmental considerations – NFPA 110-2025 Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems

NFPA 110-2025 Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems 7.1: 7.1 Installation: general

Installation must account for geographic location, building type, occupancy and hazard of contents; minimising equipment and cable failure is a design consideration; equipment is installed to the user's needs, this standard, the maker's specifications and the AHJ; and equipment is designed and assembled for the Level served. When normal power is lost the EPS may also carry optional loads if capacity or automatic load pickup and shedding keeps priority as Level 1, then Level 2, then optional; with normal power present it may be used for peak shaving, voltage support, utility relief or cogeneration.

What else in your programme already covers this

This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.

Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
