ISO 22000:2018 8.1: Operational planning and control
The organization plans, puts into effect, controls, maintains and updates the processes it needs to fulfil the requirements for producing safe products and to carry out the actions decided under 6.1. It does this by setting criteria for the processes, controlling them according to those criteria, and keeping as much documented information as needed to be confident they were carried out as planned. It controls planned changes, reviews what unintended changes lead to and acts to limit adverse effects where needed, and makes sure outsourced processes are under control.
This control maps to 27 controls across 18 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
