ISO 37001:2016 8.1: 8.1 Operational planning and control
Plan, carry out, review and control the processes the system needs and the actions decided under 6.1, by setting criteria for the processes, controlling them against those criteria and keeping enough documented information to be confident they ran as planned; these processes include the specific controls in 8.2 to 8.10. Control planned changes, look at the effects of unintended changes and limit any harm, and keep outsourced processes under control (outsourcing providers count as business associates).
