The organization plans, carries out and controls the processes needed to satisfy requirements and to deliver three things: the asset management plans set out under 6.2, the actions on risks and opportunities decided under 6.1, and the preventive and corrective actions decided under clauses 10.1 and 10.2. It does so by setting criteria for the processes that are required, controlling those processes against the criteria, keeping enough documented information to give confidence, and evidence, that the processes ran as planned, and treating and monitoring risk using the approach to risks and opportunities set for the asset management plans under 6.2.2.
This control maps to 28 controls across 19 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
ISO 55001:2014 8.1 is one control. If you already hold one of the frameworks below, a reviewed crosswalk already says how much of ISO 55001:2014 your existing evidence covers. Hold ISO 55001:2024 and 27 of 27 ISO 55001:2014 controls already carry evidence.
Each report names every control your existing framework evidences, every one it does not, the reasoning behind each claim, and the claims that were argued against and rejected. 0 were rejected on the ISO 55001:2024 pair alone.
The graph holds this control, the 28 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
