NSW Food Regulation 2025
Part 4: food safety schemes, general provisions: licensing, food safety programs, inspections and audits (sections 31 to 49) – NSW Food Regulation 2025

NSW Food Regulation 2025 45: Where the Food Standards Code, this regulation or a licence condition requires a food safety program, make it meet both the Code and the regulation's requirements

What does 45 require?

A business that must have a food safety program, whether because a Code standard (for example Standard 3.2.1, 3.3.1 or a primary production standard) requires one, because the regulation does, or because a licence condition does, must make that program satisfy the Code's content requirements and any requirements made by or under the regulation, including those in the NSW Food Safety Schemes Manual.
