NSW Food Regulation 2025 43: Display the Food Authority licensing label on each licensed vehicle, readable from outside, whenever it operates for the business and until the label expires

What does 43 require?

For each vehicle a licence covers the Food Authority issues a licensing label. The holder keeps it on the vehicle so it can be read from outside whenever the vehicle is used for the licensed business, for as long as the label is current. Maximum penalty 25 penalty units.
