What does 33 require?

A licence application is made in the approved form, accompanied by the 85 dollar application fee (unless the Authority waives it for the applicant or a class), the licence fee the applicant works out from the form (shellfish program fees excepted), anything else the scheme requires for that business type, and the information the Authority needs to decide. The Authority may ask for more information.
