ISO 22000:2018 5.3: Organizational roles, responsibilities and authorities
Top management makes sure that relevant roles have responsibilities and authorities that are assigned, communicated and understood across the organization, and it assigns responsibility and authority for: making sure the FSMS meets the requirements of this document; reporting to top management on how the FSMS is performing; appointing the food safety team and its leader; and naming people with defined responsibility and authority to start actions and record them. The food safety team leader is responsible for making sure the FSMS is set up, put into effect, maintained and kept current; for managing and organizing the team's work; for making sure the team has the training and competencies it needs; and for reporting to top management on how effective and suitable the FSMS is. Everyone is responsible for reporting FSMS problems to the people identified for that purpose.
This control maps to 33 controls across 25 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
