Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2) s84: s 84 Refund all consideration immediately on termination

When an unsolicited consumer agreement is terminated, the supplier must, immediately on being notified, return or refund any consideration (or its value) the consumer gave under the agreement or a related contract or instrument.
