Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2) s75: s 75 Leave immediately on request and do not recontact for 30 days

A dealer calling on premises must leave immediately when asked by the occupier (or someone with the occupier's authority) or by the prospective consumer. After a prospective consumer's request, neither the dealer nor the supplier (or anyone acting for the supplier) may contact that person to negotiate an unsolicited consumer agreement for at least 30 days.
