Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2) s80-81: ss 80 and 81 Signature requirements and signed amendments

For agreements not negotiated by telephone, the supplier must ensure the consumer signs the agreement and, if someone signs for the supplier, that the agreement states that person acts for the supplier and gives their name, business street address and email if any (s 80). The supplier must ensure any amendment to an unsolicited consumer agreement is signed by both parties (s 81).
