Part 7.2: Lead – Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations

Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r401: r 401 Review lead control measures on specified triggers

The PCBU reviews and as necessary revises lead control measures when a worker is removed from lead risk work under r 415, when a health monitoring report shows a removal-level blood lead, possible lead-related disease or a remedial recommendation, when a control does not work (for example monitoring results or a notifiable incident), before workplace, system, process or procedure changes likely to create new risks, when a new hazard is identified, when consultation indicates, when an HSR reasonably requests, when the regulator requires, and at least every 5 years.
