Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r395: r 395 Inform workers and prospective workers of lead health risks

A PCBU carrying out a lead process gives information about the health risks and toxic effects of lead exposure, and, for lead risk work, the need for and details of health monitoring, to a person likely to be engaged before engagement, to a worker before starting the lead process, and, where work is identified as lead risk work after it starts, as soon as practicable and before health monitoring.
