Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r403-404: rr 403 and 404 Notify the regulator of lead risk work within 7 days and of changes

Having determined that work is lead risk work, the PCBU gives the regulator written notice within 7 days stating the kind of lead process (emergency service organisations as soon as practicable for rescue and first aid work), notifies any change before it happens or as soon as practicable, keeps copies of the notices while the work continues, and makes them readily accessible to workers likely to be exposed and their HSRs.
