Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r408-410: rr 408 to 410 Lead health monitoring supervised by an experienced practitioner, paid by the PCBU, with required information

The PCBU ensures lead health monitoring is carried out by or under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner experienced in health monitoring, consulting the worker on the choice; pays all costs (apportioned equally among PCBUs sharing the duty unless agreed); and gives the practitioner the PCBU's name and address, the worker's name and date of birth, the lead risk work and its duration.
