Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r411-414: rr 411 to 414 Obtain lead monitoring reports and give them to the worker, regulator and other PCBUs

The PCBU takes all reasonable steps to obtain the report as soon as practicable (including the blood sample date, blood lead results, pathology service, any result at or above the removal level, advice of possible lead-related disease, remedial recommendations and counselling needs), gives a copy to the worker as soon as practicable, gives a copy to the regulator where results reach the removal level or the report contains disease advice or remedial recommendations, and gives copies to other PCBUs with the same duty.
