A person holding a registration must tell the Authority in writing about any change to information they have supplied about it at any time, whether in the application, in an earlier change notice or otherwise, as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the change. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual and 300 for a body corporate.
