Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r513C: r 513C Include identification, inspection and design registration evidence in an item registration application

A first registration application for an amusement structure item must identify the item clearly, include a statement no more than 12 months old that a competent person has inspected it and judged it safe to operate, provide evidence of a valid design registration or certificate of interstate recognition, and give the date it was first commissioned or first registered, whichever came first, if known. A renewal must identify the item, show the valid design registration or recognition, and include a competent person's inspection statement and the applicant's own statement that the item has been maintained, inspected and tested, both no more than 12 months old. A competent person holds engineering qualifications relevant to the part inspected and knows the applicable technical standards.
