Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r510-1A: r 510(1A) Use an independent verifier to check pre-1995 amusement structure designs against AS 3533.1-2009

For an amusement structure listed in Schedule 2 whose design work began before 1 July 1995, the applicant must ensure the verification statement comes from a verifier who did not help prepare the design, has suitable skill and knowledge, and has checked that the design meets AS 3533.1-2009 and that any shortfall against that standard has been identified and the design modified to comply as far as reasonably practicable. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units (individual), 500 (body corporate).
