Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r508: r 508 Lodge a plant design registration application with identity evidence and a 20 fee unit fee

A person applying to register a plant design must include the information that r 509 requires, any proof of identity the Authority asks for, and a fee of 20 fee units. If the information is inadequate or the fee is unpaid the Authority may defer registration under r 511.
