Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r513B: r 513B Apply for or renew amusement structure item registration with the fee and before expiry

An application to register an amusement structure as an item of plant has to contain the information in r 513C(1), any proof of identity the Authority requires and the 5.4 fee unit charge. A renewal application must include the information in r 513C(2), identity evidence, the 5.4 fee unit fee, and must be lodged before the current registration expires. A registration renewed on time stays in force past its end date until the holder is told the outcome.
