Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r510A: r 510A Applicant and verifier for amusement structure design registration must reside in Australia

For an application to register the design (original or altered) of an amusement structure listed in Schedule 2, both the applicant and the person making the design verification statement must live in Australia. This does not apply to amusement structure designs, or altered designs, registered before 29 July 2026. Failure is a ground to refuse registration under r 511A(c).
