Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r509: r 509 Include the design verification statement, drawing and required details in a design registration application

A plant design registration application must contain: where the design work began from 1 July 1995 onward, a design verification statement confirming the design follows the published technical standards or engineering principles recorded under r 84; for an amusement structure listed in Schedule 2 whose design work began before 1 July 1995, a statement that the design was prepared to AS 3533.1-2009 and that any non-compliance has been found and corrected as far as reasonably practicable; the verifier's name, business address and qualifications (and the verifier's employer, if any); a representational drawing; and any further details the Authority requires, such as design start and finish dates, whether it alters existing plant, intended use and capacity, manufacturer, model, location, controls and safety devices, and pressure equipment hazard level and fluid.
