Anyone holding a registration or interstate recognition under Part 6.2 must have the notice of registration, or the certificate of interstate recognition, on hand so it can be shown to an inspector who asks for it under the Act. This covers plant design, amusement structure item and major hazard facility registrations. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units (individual), 25 (body corporate).
