If a registered amusement structure is altered so much that new measures to control risk are needed, the registration holder must notify the Authority of that alteration, using the form the Authority decides, within 30 days after the alteration. The altered design may also need registration under Division 2. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units (individual), 500 (body corporate).
