Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r513L-3: r 513L(3) Notify the Authority of a change of ownership within 30 days

When ownership of a registered amusement structure changes, the registration holder must tell the Authority, in the form the Authority decides, within 30 days after the change. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units for an individual and 500 for a body corporate.
