Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r513L-1: r 513L(1) Give the item of plant registration number to the person managing the amusement structure

As soon as practicable after the Authority issues an item of plant registration number, the registration holder must pass that number to whoever has management or control of the registered amusement structure. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units (individual), 25 (body corporate).
