The Commissioner adopts in full the listed editions of the NFPA sprinkler standards, including NFPA 13 for installation, NFPA 25 for inspection, testing and maintenance of water-based systems, NFPA 13D for one- and two-family dwellings and manufactured homes, NFPA 13R for low-rise residential occupancies and the other standards the section enumerates; planning, installation, maintenance and service of fire protection sprinkler systems must follow them.
