A person must not pretend to be a licensee. A licensee must not let another person use its licence (the licence, certificate or number) where it knows or ought reasonably to know the other intends to pretend to be a licensee, or a licensee of a class it does not hold; an unlicensed person must not use a licensee's licence to pretend to be licensed; and a licensee must not use another licensee's licence to pretend to hold a class it lacks. Maximum penalty 250 penalty units for each.
