A licence that needs an occupational licence is subject to the condition that the licensee holds that occupational licence for the whole term. A contractor's licence is subject to the conditions that the licensee's financial circumstances satisfy the minimum financial requirements for the licence at all times, and that variations in turnover and assets are notified (or notified and approved) as those requirements specify. Further conditions may be imposed on grant or later, including security against liabilities, completing a competency course module, or giving documents about Part 4 or Schedule 1B obligations (s 36). Breach of a condition is a ground to suspend or cancel (s 48(1)(f)).
