Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 s42E: s 42E Do not deliberately breach a building contract to cause significant financial loss

A party to a building contract must not, without reasonable excuse, cause another party to suffer a significant financial loss through the person's deliberate non-compliance with the contract. Maximum penalty 350 penalty units.
