NSW Food Regulation 2025
Part 5: dairy food safety scheme (sections 50 to 67) – NSW Food Regulation 2025

NSW Food Regulation 2025 60: Sell, deliver or supply raw milk products only when treated, packed and labelled to deter people drinking them and so they cannot reasonably be taken as fit for human consumption

What does 60 require?

Raw milk products (made from unprocessed milk and not intended for people, such as so-called bath milk or pet milk) may be sold, delivered or supplied only if the treatment, packaging and labelling discourage human consumption and could not reasonably be read as signalling the product is safe to drink. This applies at retail as well.
