Code of Practice: the assessor gives their own time to any audit, including of ratings under earlier agreements, and remedies issues raised immediately; the failure to remedy an error, not the discovery of the error, is the ground for revoking accreditation. The rating file kept for seven years under the Rules (3.7 of the Offices Rules and equivalents) is what the audit tests.
