JFS-B Standard Ver. 3.1 Food Safety Management (Japan) FSM 9: Document and record management

What does FSM 9 require?

Procedures govern how documents and records are controlled, so that food safety is protected and the documents and records that prove effective operation are created, kept current and preserved. Wherever a record is needed to show that a food safety control was applied, it is made and looked after properly.
