JFS-B Standard Ver. 3.1 Food Safety Management (Japan) FSM 16: Allergen management

What does FSM 16 require?

An allergen control plan is written and applied. It assesses where allergens could cross over between products and sets the measures that lower or remove that cross-contact risk. Finished products that contain allergens, or could have picked them up, are declared as the destination country's rules require.
