What does 7.4 require?
Decide which internal and external communications matter to the EnMS: the subject, the timing, the audience, the method and who does the communicating. Make sure what is communicated agrees with the information the EnMS produces and can be relied on. Set up and run a process through which anyone who works under the organization's control can comment on energy performance or the EnMS, or put forward improvements to either, and consider keeping documented information on the proposals.
