An organization should: ask representative community groups how to rank priorities for community development and social investment, giving particular attention to groups that are vulnerable, discriminated against, marginalised or poorly represented so that their choices widen and their rights are respected; consult communities, indigenous peoples among them, and take account of their views on the terms of any development that affects them, doing so beforehand and on the basis of full, accurate and accessible information; join local associations where that is possible and fitting, to contribute to the common good and to development goals; keep its dealings with local officials and political representatives open and free of bribes or improper pressure; encourage and help people to volunteer in the community; and contribute to shaping policy and to setting up, running, monitoring and evaluating development programmes, while respecting others' right to voice and defend their own interests.

Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
