What does 7.4.8-9 require?

Within the adaptation plan itself the organisation prepares an implementation plan (clause 8), a plan for monitoring and evaluation (clause 9) and arrangements for reporting and communication under clause 10, and where the plan includes activities involving interested parties it describes them.
