The adaptation plan states what the organisation intends to achieve through it, justifies the actions selected, gives the rationale for how it was formulated, records assumptions, notes the sources of uncertainty, documents the decision approach used and the information and data decisions rest on, describes its relationship to existing policies and strategies, describes any prioritisation process and its outcomes, documents how the actions address the most critical impacts and opportunities, and states its period of validity. It is recommended to weigh feasible ways of reducing impacts combining soft and hard measures, cost-effective practices, acceptable risk levels, the reduction of impacts from climate hazards, sustainable development and social licence, and the realisation of opportunities; the plan may be more than one document.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
