Applications follow Supplement No. 1, with the additional information required by 748.8 and Supplement No. 2 for certain items and transactions and by 748.9 to 748.13 for evaluating parties; attachments are PDFs in SNAP-R; applications may be approved, denied or returned in part unless the applicant asks for all-or-nothing treatment; similar items should be grouped. Every answer on an application is a continuing representation of fact: any material or substantive change in the order or the facts must be reported promptly to BIS whether the application is pending or the licence granted (immediately if the change is not excepted under 750.7(c), even after shipments); extended validity periods may be requested with justification for multi-year projects.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
