Anyone intending to export or temporarily import a defense article must obtain DDTC approval first unless an exemption applies, and must be registered before applying; unclassified applications are electronic and classified ones on paper, on Forms DSP-5, DSP-73, DSP-61 or DSP-85 (123.1(a)). A State licence may include EAR items for use with the USML articles if the purchase documentation covers both and they are listed in a '(x)' entry (123.1(b)). Every block must be completed ('Not Applicable' or 'See Attached' is not acceptable), all freight forwarders and U.S. consignors listed, an empowered official's certification attached, purchase documentation supplied for permanent commercial exports, a DSP-83 for significant military equipment and classified articles, and a Part 130 statement where commercial sales to foreign armed forces reach $500,000 (123.1(c)).
This control maps to 3 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 3 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
