EAR - Export Administration Regulations 748.10: 748.10 PRC End-User Statement

For licence applications to the PRC (not Hong Kong) that include 6A003 cameras over $5,000, any licensed computers, or licensed CCL items totalling over $50,000 (orders may not be split to avoid this), the applicant must have the importer obtain a PRC End-User Statement from MOFCOM for all licensed items, naming the applicant as applicant, supplier or order party and giving the contract, importer and exporter, end user and end use, description, quantity and value and the importer's signature, signed and sealed by MOFCOM; it may cover several orders and applications within its quantities, may not be altered after issue (corrections go in a separate statement on file) and remains valid until its quantities are shipped.
