Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Schedule 2) s99C: s 99C Show the expiry date, or no expiry, prominently on the gift card

A business must not supply a gift card to a consumer unless one of the following appears prominently on it: the expiry date; the expiry month and year; the supply date with a statement of the redemption period; the supply month and year with a statement of the redemption period; or the words 'no expiry date' or equivalent.
