A PCBU must ensure workers and others are not exposed to risks to psychological or physical health and safety, and must eliminate psychosocial risks or minimise them so far as reasonably practicable. In choosing controls it must have regard to all relevant matters: duration, frequency and severity of exposure; how hazards interact; the design of work including demands and tasks; systems of work; the design, layout and environmental conditions of the workplace, including safe entry and exit and welfare facilities; the design and conditions of workers' accommodation; plant, substances and structures; workplace interactions and behaviours; and information, training, instruction and supervision. Examples include locating loading docks near storerooms to reduce job demands and keeping the workplace quiet enough to concentrate.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
