Australia Model Code of Practice: Managing Risks of Hazardous Chemicals in the Workplace 1.6a: 1.6 Keep a current register of hazardous chemicals with SDS (r 346)

A PCBU must prepare and keep up to date a register of hazardous chemicals at the workplace, readily accessible to workers who use, handle or store them and to others likely to be affected. The register is a list of the product names of all hazardous chemicals used, handled or stored, with the current SDS for each, updated when a new chemical is introduced or use of one stops.
