The employer must arrange blood counts for employees exposed to radiation as often as necessary and reimburse costs; supply required uniforms free and launder them (or by agreement pay the uniform allowance, and pay the laundry allowance where it does not launder them), continuing the uniform allowance during leave other than long service leave and personal leave over 21 days; reimburse required gloves, special clothing and safety equipment not provided; replace, repair or clean clothing or personal effects damaged or soiled at work (not through the employee's negligence) if promptly notified; supply a meal or pay the overtime meal allowance when overtime exceeds one hour (and a further allowance beyond 4 hours) unless the employee can reasonably go home, paying on the same day on request; refund telephone installation and rental where on-call requires it; pay the tool allowance to chefs and cooks without all tools; and pay the per-kilometre allowance for authorised own-vehicle use and reasonable fares, meals and accommodation when travelling on duty within the agreed standard.
