Supported wage employees must be assessed by an approved assessor, with the assessment in a signed SWS wage assessment agreement kept as a time and wages record and lodged with the Commission, paid the assessed percentage but not less than the weekly floor in Schedule F of the current award (consolidated to 1 October 2026, read 30 September 2026), reviewed annually or on request, supported by workplace adjustment, and any trial limited to 12 weeks (plus up to 4). Trainees are paid under Schedule E of the Miscellaneous Award 2020 as at 1 July 2026.
