The employer must pay Health Professional employees at least the minimum rates in clause 17 of the current award (consolidated to 1 October 2026, read 30 September 2026): at Level 1 the rate for the AQF level required by Schedule B and the employee's years of experience at Level 1, and at Levels 2.1, 2.2, 3 and 4 the rates in 17.2, from the first full pay period on or after 1 October 2026. An employee classified as a Health Professional on 30 September 2026 receives the higher of the translated classification's rate or their previous rate (retained under J.4.3).
