Time a part-time employee works beyond their guaranteed hours, as agreed or varied under clauses 10.5, 10.6 or 10.11, must be paid at the overtime rate in Table 11 of the current award (consolidated to 1 July 2026, read 30 September 2026). The minimum daily engagement for a part-time employee is 3 consecutive hours.
